Our premium hair can last 12–24 months or longer with proper maintenance. The lifespan depends on how frequently it’s worn and how well it’s cared for. Following our recommended care routine will help keep your hair soft, shiny, and tangle-free.
Can I dye, bleach, or style the hair with heat tools?
Yes, our human hair products can be dyed, bleached, and styled with heat tools just like your natural hair. We recommend using a professional stylist for chemical processing and always applying heat protectants when styling.

How do I know which wig cap size is right for me?
Most of our wigs come in a standard medium cap size that fits most head shapes comfortably. However, we also provide sizing guidelines you can measure your head circumference and and reach out to us for guidlines.
Makeover Sessions
How early should I book a session?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. For special events like weddings, photoshoots, or parties, booking 2–4 weeks ahead is best.
Do you offer bridal or group packages?
Yes! We provide custom bridal, bridesmaid, and group packages tailored to your needs. Contact us directly to discuss your vision, and our team will create a package that fits your event and budget.
Can I bring my own makeup?
Absolutely. While we use high-quality professional products, we understand some clients prefer their own brands for comfort or skin sensitivity reasons. You’re welcome to bring your personal items, and our artist will incorporate them into your look.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, but we always do our best to accommodate clients fairly.
